What is the typical turnaround time for cookie orders?

How far ahead of time do customers need to place an order?
Orders may be placed weeks or months in advance. Custom cookies are very popular though, especially during the holiday seasons, so as early as possible! Ideally 2 weeks
Do you offer sugar-free products?
I do not offer sugar-free cookies at this time.
Can I change my cookie theme after I place my order?
In some circumstances, yes. Any changes to the order may be made up to 2 weeks before the scheduled pick-up. Additional charges may occur for elaborate cookies.
Do you offer delivery?
I do not offer delivery, pick-up only.
What kind of frosting do you use?
I use delicious homemade cream cheese frosting on all of my cookies.
What is the starting price per dozen for your custom cookies?
The starting price per dozen for custom cookies is $25, but price may increase depending on complexity (simple, detailed, elaborate detailing).
Is there a minimum order quantity, and how does pricing vary based on design complexity?
There's a one-dozen minimum quantity to place an order. Pricing varies depending on how detailed cookies are. (Simple, Detailed, Elaborate Detail)
How far in advance should customers place their order?
At least 2 weeks in advance to make sure that I can accommodate all requests (icing sheets if needed).
How long do your cookies typically last, and how should customers store them?
Cookies remain fresh in their boxes for up to two days at room temperature in a cool and dry area. They can remain fresh in the refrigerator for up to one week.
Are rush orders available, and if so, what is the associated fee?
Rush orders are NOT available.
What is your refund policy for cookie orders?
Due to the perishable nature of the cookies, REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE.
Every order is baked from scratch and customized specifically for customers' requests (designs, colors, etc.) Therefore once cookies are made I'm unable to use them for any other purpose and cannot offer a refund or cancellation. If your order has not already begun production this is the only time I may be able to offer a refund.
